Abdominal Cleansing: Wonderfully restorative and detoxifying, this treatment is a cleanse for the whole body. Your choice of detoxifying oil, mud or salt treatments is externally applied to the abdomen to detoxify the liver and colon. Then, a gentle acupressure massage is performed to increase peristalsis of the intestines and help the body more efficiently eliminate toxins. It is traditionally used for the liver and gallbladder detox, gynecological issues and to stimulate a sluggish metabolism.

Traditional Cupping: Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin; practitioners believe this mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing. It can be used to help ease the pain of sore and over-worked muscles in place of deep tissue massages which are more invasive.

Gua Sha: Gua Sha is an ancient Asian healing technique that scrapes or rubs the skin to intentionally move the Qi and create blood flow. Gua Sha promotes circulation and normalizes metabolic processes.
