Born and raised in Billerica, MA, Will graduated
from UMass Lowell with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He truly believes he was born to be in the world of fitness and personal training. Between trying to find ways of helping others and his endless fountain of energy, he has always enjoyed being on the move and encouraging others to follow. He believes in the power of movement,
and is excited to use his extensive knowledge and training toward improving the lives of people from all walks of life. As a tennis and basketball player as well as a life-long adventure seeker, Will transferred his ambition and teamwork skills into the ability to motivate and guide clients. After working as one of UMass Lowell's finest trainers, he is ready to challenge and transform clients here at the Mount Auburn Club.
Will's Fitness Philosophy: I believe everyone has different likes and strengths; therefore, they should have their own unique way of staying in shape! Finding a fitness plan that works for the individual's body and mind is essential for remaining committed, motivated, and happy about health. Working out should never be associated with negative thoughts or emotions. My goal is to get others excited about being active and getting their hearts pumping. You are never too old or too young to improve your level of fitness, it is a life-long journey I hope I can help others enjoy.
