Self-improvement drove the way to Chris' change in the way he felt. Years of playing organized sports ended and then less physical activity led to changes, not only weight and flexibility but in self-awareness. Once Chris started the process of achieving success in the gym, he realized the existence of and became frustrated with the misinformation surrounding health and fitness. First-hand experimentation showed him there are no shortcuts and the keys to success are healthy eating and variation in workouts. Chris began training clients in 2009. After many great relationships and even better results, Chris searches for the next person to partner with in coaching with as much energy and enthusiasm as his very first client.
