The Mount Auburn Club prides itself on providing all of our new members with a complete, and personalized orientation to all that the club has to offer. We feel that providing new members with one-on-one attention is the best way to get you started towards meeting your personal goals. Whether its toning muscle, losing weight, improving your backhand, or just wanting to be more energetic and feel better, we can give you the tools to get you there.

Health and Fitness
When you start your membership, you will meet one-on-one for ninety minutes with one of our knowledgeable and caring Fitness Professionals, who will give you the tools you need to reach your fitness goals. You also will get an additional hour with a Fitness Professional to use, as you would like. Whether it's learning a few new exercises or stretches, putting together a swimming or skiing conditioning program for yourself, or using it as a personal training session, you choose what you want to cover or leave it up to the Fitness Professional.

Pilates and Gyrotonic
You may also decide to have a 30 minute, one-on-one Pilates Orientation with one of our Stott Certified Pilates Instructors. After an initial session, one can expect to feel taller, more agile, relaxed and refreshed.

Tennis
If you are interested in tennis, you may choose to have a personal 40-minute, on-court Tennis Evaluation, as well as an introduction to the Tennis Program with one of our USPTA certified Tennis Professionals. During the on-court Tennis Evaluation, you will hit with a Tennis Pro one-on-one, and you will be given a tennis rating, which you will use if you wish to participate in some of our tennis programs, such as Partner Arranging, In-House Leagues, Tournaments and Mix & Matches. The Tennis Pro will also sit down with you, and educate you on all the various tennis programs, as well as the best way for you to meet you tennis goals.

Aquatics
You may also decide to have a 30-minute, one-on-one Swim Lesson with one of our Swim Instructors. They will give you pointers on how you can improve your swim stroke, as well as tell you about the Aquatics program at the Mount Auburn Club.
