The Fitness
Orientation Program is included in your membership. Getting
started is the most important step on the way to reaching your
fitness goals. The Fitness Orientation Program allows you to
work with highly qualified, certified Personal Fitness Professionals
who will help you get on the right track and on your way to
long-term fitness success. This program consists of two complimentary
fitness appointments.
Appointment
# 1 (required)
The first half of this appointment provides
a benchmark for development of your fitness program. Your current
level of fitness and personal goals will be determined. PLEASE
DO NOT EXERCISE OR HAVE CAFFEINE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
The second half of this appointment consists of a guided introduction
to the club's layout and equipment. This appointment is essential
to tailoring your fitness program to you individual needs.
Appointment #2
This session usually occurs 4-6 weeks after appointment
#1. A review of your progress will be discussed and new ideas
will be introduced to you in order to further your fitness success.
