Pilates Training

Mat classes practice exercises that strengthen the muscles of the trunk & increase the flexibility of the spine, and are included in the membership. 

Level I reviews the 5 principles of Pilates and is perfect for beginners or participants with injuries or special conditions. 

Level II moves at a faster pace, and is by recommendation of the instructor.  

ALL CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE.
