Balancing opposing energies is key in this style of yogathat blends breathe and meditation with physical postures.This style of yoga is suitable for all ages & fitness levels.

Iyengar Yoga
This disciplinary style of yoga focuses on classic poses with attention to form & alignment through the use of props.

T’ai Chi [ALP]
T’ai Chi Chuan is an ancient discipline involving a formal series of choreographed movements that are renowned for their stress-relieving effects on both body and mind.  Pre-registration is required for each complete session.  No drop-ins are allowed.
