AQUACISE
Enjoy the refreshing and nurturing qualities of water as you
strengthen both your heart and body. No swimming skills are
required for this class and it is a wonderful option for anyone
with aching joints.
TOTAL
FITNESS
For those who like variety, this class
is a complete fitness package: 30 minutes of fun, low impact
aerobic dance (we promise, no jumping jacks!), 30 minutes of
muscle strengthening, and 15 minutes of stretch.
TREADWORKS
Build bone density, stamina,
and camaraderie with a fun 45 minute treadmill walking class
complete with music and instruction.
YOGA
AND STRESS REDUCTION
Learn to release tension from
your muscles and calm your mind with gentle yoga postures, meditation,
and deep relaxation techniques.
BODY
CONDITIONING
If your idea of strength training
includes using a variety of equipment, such as hand weights,
ankle weights and bands, then this is the class for you.
