In a comfortable environment, you will meet one-on-one with a Professionally Certified Instructor who will be sensitive to your needs and help you establish Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound goals. The initial goals session is followed up with a private Tennis Lesson, led by a Tennis Professional, and up to four additional small group clinics specific to your skill level. The SMART Sampler will boost your motivation and build your self confidence in a nurturing environment. We understand the importance of being supported during your workouts, so we encourage you to bring a friend to participate in SMART Sampler with you!
SMART Sampler Program - You will meet privately with a Fitness Coach certified by a nationally accredited organization to review your medical history, set SMART goals and perform a comprehensive BodyAge assessment (including balance, functional strength and stability, core strength, cardiovascular efficiency, flexibility, and more) to establish your baseline fitness level.
- A Private Tennis Lesson with a USTA (United States Tennis Association) Certified Tennis Pro will follow your goals session. Receive assistance in improving your serves, volleys, and ground strokes and learn your tennis rating.
- Up to four Small Group Clinics focusing on drills to improve your singles and doubles strategy, on court movement, and shot making.
