SMART Sampler Program - Health & Fitness
3 Weeks of Individual and Small Group Training

In a comfortable environment, you will meet one-on-one with a Professionally Certified Instructor who will be sensitive to your needs and help you establish  Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound goals. The initial goals session is followed up with a private Personal Training session and up to four additional support sessions incorporating the three pillars of exercise: strength, cardio, and flexibility.  The SMART Sampler will boost your motivation and build your self confidence in a nurturing environment.  We understand the importance of being supported during your workouts, so we encourage you to bring a friend to participate in SMART Sampler with you! 

PROGRAM DETAILS

SMART Sampler Program

  • You will meet privately with a Fitness Coach certified by a nationally accredited organization to review your medical history, set SMART goals and perform a comprehensive BodyAge assessment (including balance, functional strength and stability, core strength, cardiovascular efficiency, flexibility, and more) to establish your baseline fitness level.
  • Private Personal Training session will follow your goals session.  A Fitness Coach will run through your health and fitness routine with you and make any necessary adjustments or modifications so your workout works for you.
  • Up to four Small Group Workout Sessions designed to get you working properly in all three areas of fitness.  Twenty minutes each of strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility.
  • E-coaching to provide guidance and support to keep you on track toward your specific goals.
