Choose from four complete hands-on wellness programs each geared to GET RESULTS. Every hour is led by a Professionally Certified Instructor, either in a one-on-one or group setting. We will utilize on-going coaching, measuring, and tracking both during and in-between workouts to ensure success and a positive experience in all facets of the program utilizing your Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound goals established in the Start SMART Program. To better serve you and ensure personalized attention, each SMART program group session will have a limited capacity. SMART Habits Introduction - A one-on-one tennis evaluation and video analysis with a USTA (United States Tennis Association) Certified Tennis Pro to show you your progress and determine how much your USTA rating has changed.
- You will meet privately with a Fitness Coach to perform a comprehensive follow-up assessment (including balance, functional strength and stability, core strength, flexibility, and more) to determine your improvement in your fitness level.
- A 60-minute group Aggressive Net Play Session geared toward improving your volley skills, and reaction time so you can better anticipate your opponents shot.
- A 90-minute group Singles and Doubles Strategy Session including 45 minutes of learning strategy for singles and doubles play and 45 minutes of coaching in match play.
- A 60-minute group Serving Specialty Clinic focusing on necessary shoulder and arm warm-up for play, mastering the proper mechanics, placement, and spin on serving and overhead strokes.
- A 60-minute group Baseline Hitting Session working on Forehand and Backhand Patterns and target practice.
- 4 60-minute group Cardio Tennis Sessions with a F6 Heart Rate Monitor to practice your court movement and quick ball feeds while keeping your heart rate elevated for better conditioning, increased energy, and a great workout.
- 60-minute group Mental Skills Session II with Mason Astley to uncover the mental game barriers challenging you to perform at your peak level and learn strategies to raise your tennis confidence and develop focused pre-game and pre-point routines.
- 4 Tennis Specific Strength Interval Workouts focusing on core strengthening, shoulder strength, stability, and injury prevention, dynamic warm-ups, footwork, and flexibility led by a Fitness Coach certified by a nationally accredited organization at a 10:1 ratio of participants to coach.
- E-coaching (Email coaching) each week by our Fitness Staff to provide guidance and motivation to help you achieve your goals.
- A F6 Heart Rate monitor to track your Heart Rate Levels during Strength and Cardio Tennis classes and record your progress for workouts on your own.
Add-ons are available including: - A follow-up New Leaf Metabolic Test to identify your improvements in your unique metabolic profile. This will allow your Fitness Coach certified by a nationally accredited organization to develop a new customized exercise training plan covering your newly tested heart rate zones with proper intensity and duration.
