Health and Fitness SMART Habits Program
8 Weeks Individual and Group Training

Choose from four complete hands-on wellness programs each geared to GET RESULTS. Every hour is led by a Professionally Certified Instructor, either in a one-on-one or group setting.  We will utilize on-going coaching, measuring, and tracking both during and in-between workouts to ensure success and a positive experience in all facets of the program utilizing your Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound goals established in the Start SMART Program..

To better serve you and ensure personalized attention, each SMART program group session will have a limited capacity.

PROGRAM DETAILS

SMART Habits Introduction

  • A resting New Leaf Metabolic Test will be performed to measure how many calories you burn throughout a typical day and then determine how many calories you should be burning during your cardiovascular workouts and how many calories you should be adding or subtracting when you eat. A follow-up exercise New Leaf Metabolic Test will identify your improvements in your unique metabolic profile from the first time you performed the test. This will allow your Fitness Coach certified by a nationally accredited organization to develop a new customized exercise training plan covering your newly tested heart rate zones with proper intensity and duration, as well as insight into nutritional choices to improve your health.
  • Eight Group Strength Interval Sessions (classes designed to keep your heart rate elevated into your fat burning zone during short periods of cardiovascular exercise and weight exercises) or eight Cardio/Flexibility Sessions under the guidance of Certified Fitness Coaches. 
  • A F6 Heart Rate monitor to track and record your New Leaf Exercise levels during classes and workouts on your own allowing us to e-coach you throughout your program.  A credit will be offered if you already own a F6 or F11 HRM.
  • Tracking of your strength work over the 8 weeks by your Certified Fitness Coach who will e-coach and support you and keep you on track toward your specific goals.
  • Scheduling flexibility so missed classes can be made up for no additional cost.
  • You will meet privately with a Fitness Coach to perform a comprehensive follow-up assessment (including balance, functional strength and stability, core strength, flexibility, and more) to establish your improvement in your fitness level. 
  • Additional add-ons are available including: 8 additional Strength Interval Sessions, 8 additional Cardio/Flexibility Sessions, 7 1-hour nutrition sessions and a SMART Cooking Class, and additional drop-ins
