SMART Sampler HIGHLIGHTS:

• Supervised training sessions scheduled 2 times per week.

• Choose from Health & Fitness or Tennis tracks.

• Polar BodyAge™ assessment testing and Goal Setting session to help tailor your SMART Sampler program to reduce your BodyAge score.

Referrals must contact Membership Services by July 31, 2009 and start the program by August 21, 2009. Referral must be at least 16 years old and must live or work in the area. Referred person must sign up within 30 days of end of their SMART Sampler session to qualify for the $350 Club Dues bonus and for their referring member to qualify for the $350 Club Cash/Club Dues bonus.
