Lisa Halloran
Lisa’s interest in movement education began with her love of dance at a very young age.  Lisa’s dance training continued during and after college as she studied Ballet, Toe, Tap and Jazz.  In 1982, a friend encouraged Lisa to try an Aerobics’ class, which she reluctantly agreed to and became hooked.  As a result, she began teaching group exercise in 1983.  Lisa has taught High and Low Impact Aerobics, Step, Muscle Conditioning, Yoga and now Stott Pilates.  Lisa is also a Massage Therapist which brings a unique perspective to her teaching.  Lisa likes to analyze the body for weaknesses and imbalances and help the client understand the change in strength and flexibility available through Pilates.  Lisa’s philosophy is that Pilates is the foundation of core strength which enhances all other forms of exercise.
