Personal Training

Each program is designed to assist you in achieving your optimal fitness level. You will receive a personalized exercise program, which addresses your individual needs and goals. Working with a Fitness Professional will increase your fitness results, decrease your chance of injury and will motivate you to reach higher goals. All Professional Fitness Trainers are certified in CPR and First Aid and all are Certified Nutritional Specialists.


Fitness Training Program
This program is ideal for anyone who has prior workout experience and limited experience working with a fitness professional. You will obtain all the tools necessary to progress SAFELY in your training program. The components of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training are utilized with an emphasis on proper form and technique.

Weight Maintenance Program
An individualized program is designed specifically with your weight goals in mind. Short and long term goals will be set with your ideal weight as a guideline. Exercise and nutritional education are stressed as the key to losing and maintaining weight.

Elite Training/Sport Specific Training
Workouts designed to achieve maximum results in each and every workout. Challenging programs that leave no area uncovered! Sport specific training provides conditioning programs for your sport and ability. This is the type of training that will improve your game and bring you to the next level of play.

Special Concerns Program
Are you recovering from a recent shoulder, knee, back, or other sports injury? Are you currently pregnant or recently post partum and looking for an appropriate workout? The fitness staff at the Mount Auburn Club can work with your doctor/health professional to design a specific exercise program for you.

Program includes:
- Specific assessment and evaluation needs
- Special concerns education
- Strength training for specific weaknesses
- Contact with your health professional
