  • Intro to Stretching: Lengthen tense muscles while opening tight joints to the sounds of blues, jazz, opera and classical music.
  • Hatha Yoga: This classic style balances the practice of meditative mindfulness and breath, with the slow execution of physical postures.
  • TRX: Total Body Resistance Exercise. Use your body weight to build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. 
  • MAC Fit: This total-body workout group meets twice a week. Two Personal Trainers lead you through cardio, weight training, core work and stretching.
  • Kettlebell: Engage the entire body at once in this high-intensity workout routine.
  • Dance Explosion: Practice all the dance styles: Cha-cha, Lindy, Swing, Salsa and more in this fun aerobic dance class.
  • Yoga:  Carefully journey through a series of postures that promote mental calmness, improve flexibility, boost strength, enhance resilience, and relieve stress.
  • Svaroopa Yoga: In this healing style of yoga, your body is supported in gentle poses which carefully & gradually release the deepest layers of tension in the body.  A must for everyone!
  • Multi Media Ride: Bring out the projector and experience indoor cycling with movie and music themes.
  • Intro to Cycling: Learn the basics of indoor cycling.
  • Technique for Hill Climbs: This session will focus on how to improve and become stronger climbing hills.
  • Intro to Core Strength: This is a class that is designed around improving your overall strength as well as posture, balance and stability.
  • Swim Technique: Fine tune your mechanics to improve your overall performance as a swimmer.
  • Zumba® Gold: Takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for beginners, seniors or anyone looking to ease into dance.
  • Zumba® Toning: It combines the high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs.
  • Intro to Aqua: Immerse yourself in the benefits of working out in an environment that reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury with all the standard benefits of exercise. No swimming skills required.
  • Intro to Weight Training: Learn the how and why behind basic weight training to get the most out of your workouts. This hands-on session will explain proper weight selection and lifting technique, answer both live and frequently asked questions, and dispel many myths about resistance training.
