Rebecca attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where, as part of her graduation requirement, she completed an honors thesis project of the cause of stress fractures in female distance runners. After college, she worked as an exercise physiologist in Cambridge, before joining the Air Force in 2003. Having been a long time runner, Rebecca has experience in dealing with injury and has learned the importance of proper nutrition, and cross training. She welcomes the opportunity to work with people of all abilities and looks forward to motivating them towards their next fitness goal!

Diana is vested in lifelong priorities of health, vegetarian nutrition and physical activity. She has taught aerobic group exercise, done near-competitive weight lifting, and now focuses her teaching primarily in yoga. For Diana, yoga resulted from a need to move in a different direction, both physically and spiritually. She was drawn to John Friend’s Anusara style of yoga and completed a 200-hr teacher training program in 2003 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Now, as a registered Anusara-Inspired yoga teacher, she delivers a caring, dynamic and passionate approach that focuses on optimal alignment through balance energy, having fun, and celebrating the radiance of the heart. Diana also offers private and small group Yoga sessions at the Club. In addition to John Friend, her teachers include Deb Neubauer, Desiree Rumbaugh, Ann Greene and Todd Norian.
As a registered dietitian at the MAC, in addition to teaching nutrition in the Balance program, Diana partners one-on-one with clients as they embark upon a journey of lifestyle modification and behavioral change. Her counseling style emphasizes this partnership, and guides clients in identifying desires and establishing realistic goals that lead to ultimate success.

Laura is a registered, licensed dietitian with more than 10 years of experience in the field. Laura provides nutritional counseling in a wide variety of areas including weight management, diabetes, cardiac rehabilitation, gastrointestinal disorders, and pregnancy. Her counseling will provide you with a tailored plan to meet your needs. Laura's goal is to help you discover a healthier lifestyle you can live with.

Melissa attended The Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA where she excelled in deep tissue/sports massage. She realized massage combined with strength training and improved nutrition would be a beneficial combination, and went on to pursue a Personal Training Certification with the National Personal Training Institute. Melissa's passion is empowering people of all ages and levels of ability to reach their personal best and to live fully in body, mind, and spirit.
