As the head fitness trainer he inspired many of his fellow trainers and members to participate in the Spartan Race, a high intensity obstacle course challenge benefiting Homes for our Troops.

Jessica Booth has spent a lifetime in competitive sports; participating in everything from basketball to collegiate rowing.  She believes the secret to a healthy life is an active life, and it's never too late to take on new challenges.  With hobbies like hiking, cycling, running, yoga, weight training and even olympic lifting, Jessica isn't afraid to try new things and loves to share her passion with her clients.  Her philosophy is that the greatest outcomes begin with the smallest steps.
