Personal Training

Each program is designed to assist you in achieving your optimal fitness level. You will receive a personalized exercise program, which addresses your individual needs and goals. Working with a Fitness Professional will increase your fitness results, decrease your chance of injury and will motivate you to reach higher goals. All Professional Fitness Trainers are certified in CPR and First Aid and all are Certified Nutritional Specialists.


Coming Soon: Kettlebell Training 

The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. The basic movements, such as swing, snatch, clean and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once. We have three trainers with the Kettlebell Certification for Fitness Professionals and we will be offering small group classes soon.
