Body Conditioning [ALP] - Body Conditioning is a toning class using weights and bands that is designed for the mature member.

BODYJAM™ - Get fit and have a blast with this dance based fitness workout. This class fuses Latin, hip hop, swing & more in this heart pumping cardio workout! Bump and grind your way to fitness this year. Works your body like never before.

BODYPUMP™ - is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

BODYSTEP™ - is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Cardio Blitz - Come on, let’s be fabulous! Combine vintage aerobic moves with dance and a few athletic drills thrown in for one great workout!

Cardio/Core - This class combines a 45 minute interval cardio workout on the treadmill with a 15 minute core conditioning finish.

Hi/Low Cardio Sculpt - Move and groove to some old school aerobic moves choreographed to uplifting music. Twist, jump and jive as you go back in time to the forgotten art of hi/low cardio aerobics. Multi level.

Hybrid Challenge
- NEW! This 75 minute class mixes it up with step, dynamic athletic movement, and strength training to create a one-of-a-kind workout.

Low Impact Fitness [ALP] - A 45 minute low impact aerobic fitness class followed by 15 minutes of abdominal work and stretching. Move and groove to your favorite songs while burning up those calories.

Muscle Sculpt
- This class will strengthen and tone your muscles through the use of hand weights, tubing, balls & bars.

Nia - Nia is a body-mind-spirit movement practice that is the best of "fusion fitness." Combining dance, martial arts, and healing arts (such as yoga), this one hour class, set to fabulous and diverse music, begins with a warm up, moves into a full-body, cardio workout and ends with a relaxing cool down. Nia choreography is simple to follow yet brilliantly created to increase strength, agility, flexibility, stability, and mobility. Stiff beginners and highly fit athletes alike can adapt Nia to meet their individual needs. It's playful and safe for people of all ages and levels and focuses on self-healing and pleasure in movement. Nia is a dance party for your mind, body, and soul!

Step - Aerobic conditioning class that uses a height adjustable platform and varying levels of choreographed movements to uplifting music.

Step Intervals - This class gives step another dimension by using intervals of step, floor aerobics, kickboxing, sports conditioning and strength training movements to produce a total body workout and jump start your metabolism.

Step Sensation - NEW! Exciting cardiovascular workout that blends fun dance moves with step choreography set to upbeat music. 

Strength & Balance – Improve posture, walk taller and increase core strength in this 45 minute strength-training class that emphasizes muscular control and balance.

T-N-T - Tighten and tone. This 45 minute class will focus on strengthening and toning all major muscle groups with particular attention paid to those hard to train areas.

Treadworks [ALP] - Walk, jog or run in this 45 minute interval-based treadmill workout.
Urban Playground - Burn fat and tone your body with this blend of cardio and strength-training using a variety of equipment like agility ladders, weights, and resistance balls, to get a strong, sleek body.

Dance Explosion! - Practice all the dance styles: Cha-cha, Lindy, Swing, Salsa and more! in this fun aerobic dance class. Add on muscle conditioning on Tuesdays to make Dance Explosion! a complete workout experience.

CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS:
* No one is allowed entry into a class five minutes after the scheduled start time.
* All Classes are 60 minutes unless indicated otherwise.
* All Classes require pre-registration by calling 617-923-2255 x221, online or at the front desk.
* A $5 late cancellation fee will be charged if canceling after 10:00am the day before.
* Shoes must be worn in the Club at all times when walking to and from class.
* No cell phones are allowed in class.
* ALP (Active Living Program) A program designed for the mature member, for persons just starting out in group fitness, or for individuals desiring a more moderate workout. Class environment is non-competitive and supportive.

THE GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE IS A MOVING SCHEDULE. The management reserves the right to make schedule changes as necessary. Classes with poor attendance are subject to cancellation.
