Training just for Women.
Learn about the importance of as well as how to properly approach strength training taught for women by women. Throughout this program, you’ll learn to understand free weights, Kettlebells, Keiser Columns, TRX, and more. You will practice proper form and technique for each exercise while learning how weight training can reduce the risk of injuries, improve posture and reduce joint pain. This program is for women of all ages and fitness levels looking to learn more about the benefits of weight training. The team atmosphere keeps members motivated and on track to achieving a greater level of fitness. This program also features a 15-minute informative discussion, led by one of our registered dietitians, regarding the important role proper nutrition plays in the female body.
