At the Mount Auburn Club, we are committed to bringing our members a wide variety of specialty fitness programs. Each of our unique programs is designed to help build muscle strength, increase flexibility, or improve balance, agility and coordination— ultimately to enhance and enrich the lives of our MAC members.
