Rebecca Aldrich

Fitness Professional

Rebecca grew up in Winchester and always had a passion for fitness. She ran 12 seasons of cross country and track in high school, and continued running in college, helping her team win two Atlantic 10 Championships in cross country. After obtaining her degree in exercise science Rebecca joined the United States Air Force. While serving, she was the top female finisher in the Air Force half-marathon in 2005. In the service, Rebecca had the opportunity to lead her squadron's physical training sessions, and it was there that she first experienced the joy of encouraging others to reach their own fitness goals. After completing her enlistment in 2007 Rebecca came back to her New England roots to continue her career as a fitness professional. She has been an employee of the Mt Auburn Club for the past 7 years and has enjoyed helping her clients, of varying fitness levels, and ages, attain their goals.
