Testimonial

"Joe helped save me from the life of a couch potato and has been part of my commitment to fitness since the first day I joined the MAC. From that moment on, he has shown a personal interest in my progress. And in me. As someone who travels on business extensively, I very much appreciate the flexibility that Joe's early morning group class provides. Joe's professionalism, his understanding of how to motivate many different kinds of clients, his deep understanding of training and his winning personality all contribute to his effectiveness. Thank you Joe!" - Jeff
