Testimonial

"I do not like to exercise and have lower back and hip problems. Chris has been a huge help in getting me to recognize that I need to have faith in myself and my body, and that I can accomplish any exercise if I am positioned properly and breathe correctly. He intuitively knows how far to push me and will not take "I can't" or "this is too much" for an answer! I have reached huge milestones in our regime; I am lifting more weight than I ever thought I could, doing different, challenging core exercises that were not possible when I started, and now I see definition in areas of my body that I thought were no longer trainable. I fel stronger and have minimal pain in my lower back now, and am never sore after my challenging workouts. I love meeting with Chris twice a week!" - M. S.
