Group Cycling

Group Cycling is a group program led by a certified Group Cycling instructor using specially-designed bicycles.

All Terrain RIDE

A class which incorporates hills, flats, jumps, sprints and recovery. This is our most varied and difficult class. View Schedule

CYCLE/Abs

A 45 minute all terrain ride followed by 15 minutes of abdominal- strengthening work, ending with a deep stretch. View Schedule

CYCLE/Yoga

A 45 minute to 60 minute all terrain ride followed by 30 minutes or less of yoga postures & deep stretching. A winning combination! View Schedule

Hill Training RIDE

A 45 minute class which maintains steady intervals with resistance work to increase strength and power. View Schedule

Interval RIDE/Yoga

Treat your mind and body to an interval ride followed by yoga postures and relaxation. View Schedule

Strength Ride

This class focuses on cardio endurance with a challenging workout in the mid to upper end of the aerobic zone. View Schedule

Tabata on the Bike

A high-intensity training regime using intervals to tax both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. This 30-minute class is fast, fun and challenging. All fitness levels welcome, existing cardio foundation recommended. View Schedule

The Ride

A fantastic heart pumping workout. You will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction. View Schedule

The use of heart rate monitors is highly recommended. Pre-registration is required for all Group Cycling classes.
